VetRewild is an independent veterinary consultancy founded by wildlife veterinarian Natalia Rożniewska.
I support conservation organisations in integrating animal health and welfare throughout the translocation process — from disease risk analysis and early planning to release and post-release monitoring.
Through a science-based, experience-driven, and individualised approach, I help conservation teams manage risks and re-establish healthy wildlife populations.

Meet Natalia
Founder & Wildlife Veterinarian
I am a veterinarian with an MVetSci in Conservation Medicine and over ten years of international experience in wildlife health and conservation.
My path into conservation translocations began with the reintroduction of the Antillean manatee in Guadeloupe. This challenging project showed me the potential of reintroductions to restore lost species and ecosystems. It also taught me how multiple, interacting factors determine the success of a project, and how unexpected health challenges can arise at every stage of the translocation process.
This experience inspired me to specialise further in conservation translocations and disease risk management.
